SCE offers a full range of civil engineering services and has extensive experience ranging from assessment of existing conditions, renovation, traffic & safety improvements, to facility and infrastructure expansion, and all new site design and development. We are familiar with Washington Sustainable Schools Protocol (WSSP) as well as Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) requirements and consistently evaluate opportunities to implement low impact design elements (LID). Our experience ranges from value analysis of projects during schematic & design development phases to construction documents, permitting and construction administration.
SCE recognizes the common issues associated with institutional developments such as ADA and public accessibility, security, utility services, service access, and owner/architect vision. Our experience allows us to meet program requirements within the project constraints.
